Illustration of How our vibrating feeder operates :

Vibrating screens are designed to make separation / filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversize. The screen frame, a bolted & welded steel structure, accommodates the screen mesh & the drive unit. The screen is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft, made out of alloy steel & two no. of heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust & water tight seals, for efficient operation & low maintenance. The angle of the throw screening action is adjusted with such design that it provides the same vibration to all parts of the screen in order to obtain proper filtration/ screening of crushed material of different sizes simultaneously while separating oversized product.

produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, and avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
