WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The working principle of HP cone crusher is similar to the common cone crusher such as s cone crusher more or less. But the biggest difference is the hydraulic system. The HP cone crusher is complete hydraulic operation. In the run-time, the motor rotate drive the belt, pulley, or coupling, transmission shaft and the cone is driven by the eccentric sleeve for moving around a fixed dot. Then the broken wall is close and away from the rolling surface, and the minerals and ore materials are crushed in the crushing cavity. The spring system is the overload protection device allowing metallic through the crushing chamber without detriment to the machine. Two ways to separte the stone fine powder and lubricating oil : water or oil. When the anti-crushing materials are in the crusher, and the crusher is overload, the spring system and hydraulic system ensure the operation safety, the discharge opening increases, and the materials get out. And if the materials are stuck in the discharge, the cleaning system is used to continue to increase the discharge opening and let the materials out. Under the effect of spring and hydraulic system the discharge port is automatically reset back to normal work.
