RAYMOND MILL

INTRODUCTION :
The shape looks like a steel container, and with inlet, outlet, a central feed port. The shape is similar with the MPS mill. The turn center line of raymond mill is vertical and the MPS's is horizontal. The motor under the mill drive internal grinder disc rotating and separating and crushing the materials. Then the wind from inlet blow the materials and the separation on the top of the mill separate the coarse and fine powder. Then the powder comes out from the outlet.
The grinding mill takes the leading structure ,and developed on the base of raymond mill. The mill is higher efficiency, less power cost, and small fooprint, less investment. The roller under the effect of centrifugal force cimpact in the grinding surface. So the roller, and ring wear to a certain thickness, even if , it does not affect the quality and quantity of products. The grinding mill is environmental protection.
