1. All the lubricating oil should be replaced totally after ball mill continuously working for one month.A thorough cleaning is very necessary .
2. While the ball mill is operating, the lubricating oil temperature of the main bearing should not exceed 55.
3. The large and small gears should work smoothly with no abnormal noise.When necessary ,you should adjust the gap .
4. There should be no abnormal fluctuation about the motor current.
5. If anything abnormal is found, you should immediately stop the ball mill,and make a good check.
6.Time to time ,check the grind media,make sure they are not attrited.
7.Clean the attachment on the internal surface of the ball mill after days working .It will make it more efficient.
8.Choose the right grind media.This depend on your raw material.
