FELDSPAR CRUSHING GRINDING PLANTS

Feldspar processing plant:
Feldspar processing plant contains feldspar crushing & screening plant and feldspar milling plant. The feldspar processing plant can process many feldspar products such as potash feldspar, soda feldspar, blended feldspar etc. The feldspar processing plant is able to produce basic crushed feldspar of varying mineralogical characteristics and particle sizes.

Feldspar crushing & screening plant:
After drilling and blasting, the feldspar ore is then removed and transported to feed stocks for the on-site processing plant. The feed stocks will be sampled and tested to ensure that the process plant is supplied with a constant, homogeneous, supply of ore that is appropriate for the output product being produced.

Firstly, the feldspar ore will be fed into jaw crusher for primary crushing, then it will be transferred to cone crusher for fineness crushing via belt conveyor, after crushing, vibrating screen willsieve the crushed feldspar into different grades. The size meet the demands will be collected, the others will be sent to cone crusher for re-crushing until the size is right.

The processing plant includes the separate collection of agglomerates, to minimize the free silica and iron in the material that is processed to produce the output products,l magnetic separation will be used in all the product streams, to further beneficiate the product,

Feldspar milling plant:
Feldspar milling plant is the major site to produce feldspar powder. The major feldspar mill is ball mill, trapezium mill, ultrafine mill.

In the milling plant, a comprehensive dust collection system will protect the local and working environments.

The final grain size of the feldspar powder can reach 2500 mesh (by ultrafine grinding mill).

Feldspar and its usage:
The feldspar ore is in the form of pegmatite veins, which were formed from a residual solution of granitic magma that contained large, euhedral feldspar crystals. Feldspar is widely used in porcelain ceramic producing and glass production. This modern plant has the abilityto supply a range of ceramic raw materials both as chips oras powders.
