Machine used in Limestone mining processing plant
Limestone crusher machine is used to crush limestone into small particles in stone quarry. These small limestone size are used as construction building materials.

Limestone crushing machine:
Jaw crusher fro limestone cruhsing: Jaw crusher is used as primary crushing equipment is limestone crushing plant. There are two types of jaw crusher: large scale jaw crusher and small jaw crusher. Different jaw crushers have different capacity and fineness of the finished products. The common capacity are 50t/h, 100 t/h, 150 t/h 200 t/h, and 300-400 t/h. The usual fineness are 20-50 mm.

Impact crusher for limestone quarry: Impact crusher is the common limestone crusher machine. It is mainly used in primary and secondary crushing process. Hammer crusher is used before the stone grinding mill, large scale hammer crusher can be upto 1000 ton/h. While small scale hammer crusher is only 40 tons per hour.

Limestone grinding machine:
Raymond mill fro limestone grinding plant: Raymond mill is the most common grinding machine used in stone grinding plant. The fineness can be upto 200 mesh.

Ball mill for limestone powder production line: Ball mill is the early grinding machine used in stone powder production line.

Limestone crushing plant:
The Limestone crushing production lines can be divided into: 30-50tph, 50-80tph, 80-120tph, 120-200tph, 200-300tph, 300-400tph, 400-500tph, according to the capacity.

Limestone used in cement plant:
Except for construction building materials, limestone can be used for making cement.

In cement grinding plant, limestone is crushed and grinded by limestone crusher and grinding mill into powder,fine powder, these limestone powder and other materials are made up of cement clinker.
