Metal Ore Processing
Metal ore processing consists of the following stages

1. Crushing and grinding of the ore.
This is a crucial stage in the ore processing and it will determine the results of processing. Zenith offers you related crushing and grinding machines. 2. Addition of process water (generally decanted from the tailings pond) to form a slurry

3. Addition of lime to the ore, and cyanide solution to the slurry, to leach the gold and silver into solution. We just list solution examples of gold ore and silver ore. We know there are many ores including metal ores and non-metallic minerals. Such as iron ore, copper ore, molybdenum ore, bauxite ore, platinum ore, zinc ore, cobalt ore, silver ore, gold ore, nickel ore, titanium ore, tungsten ore, platinum ore, tin ore, uranium ore, etc. maybe can use this method or different minerals should take different methods according to their property.

4. Addition of carbon to adsorb dissolved metals and removes them from the slurry.

6. Precipitation of the gold and silver by electro-winning. This stage is just suitable for metal ores such as gold ore and silver ore. If processing non-metallic minerals, we should take other methods to process.

7. Smelting of metal products into bars of doer bullion

8. Pumping of the barren slurry (tailings) to the tailings storage facility.
