The ball media is the key of ball mill. The weight of balls can reach 135t. The smaller the media particles, the smaller the particle size of the final product. So the balls determine the size of products.
The size of feeding opening is about 20mm. The material fed in are from crushers before ball mill. Thery are crushed by jaw crusher, cone crusher, and impact crusher.
The production of output can be 0.65 to 60 t/h . It depends on the ball mill model. And the number of balls in the ball mill. The bigger ball mill, the higher production.
The power cost can range from 18.5 to 2000 kw. Maybe the big ball mill cost more power, but it's higher efficiency relatively. The power cost is worthy for high output.
The ball mill is heavy and fixed on the concrete base plate. It can be more than 200t. The weight means that it must be fixed steady.
