Impact crusher can be in 6 models : PF-1007, PF-1010, PF-1210, PF-1214, PF-1315, PF-1320. This is seperated by the width and diameter of the motor. For example, PF-1007, 10 means the diameter, 07 means the width of the motor. The diameter of PF-1007 is 1000mm, and the width is 700.
The feeding opening of impact crusher is on the diameter. It is about 400x730 to 860x2030. Feeding size is the recommanded material size. For PF-1007, you should feed materials under 250mm. And the four bigger is about 300mm. The PF-1320 is allowed to be fed with 500mm materials.
The capacity of impact crusher is according to all of them, size, feeding opening, power, feeding size. Normally, it's a wide range. The capacity is between 15 - 350 t/h. The capacity is important for a complete plant. You should pay attention at the capacity to make the plant efficiency.
Power cost is an important parameter for a crusher. The impact crusher cost is high but it's depending on the capacity. The more capacity, the more power cost. The PF-1007 is suitable for small mine lots and the PF-1320 for bigger ones. For some big quarries or mine lots, you may need not only one impact crusher.
Impact crusher is heavy, for the spares are all iron, manganese, or some other metal material. The crusher is suitable for mining kinds of minerals, metal minerals, non-metallic minerals. It can be copper crushing plant, iron processing line, coal crushing and grinding plants, coke making plant, cement making line, etc.
