1. Operation Principle
This machine is designed to crush the material through impact energy. When the material enters the blow bar action chamber, it is crushed by the blow bar through high-speed impact, then thrown to and re-crushed by the impact unit mounted on the top of the rotor, ultimately rebounds to the action zone from the impact lining plate to accept another crushing. This process repeats until the material is crushed to the desired granule and output from the bottom of machine. The graininess and shape of output product can be changed through adjusting the clearance between the impact apron and blow bar.
When some material that cannot be crushed enters the machine, the impact apron will fall back,
Then the materials fall from the machine. This device can guarantee the machine cannot be damaged.
2. Structure and Features
PF-Series Impact Crusher mainly consists of rotor, impact apron, main frame and transmission parts.

1 Structure
a. Rotor
The rotor rack is made through sheet welding steel and the blow bar is fixed to the correct position. The axial limit unit can avoid running of blow bar effectively.
The blow bar is made of abrasion-resistant material. The entire rotor unit is provided with favorable dynamic and static balance and impact resistance.
b. Mainframe
The frame consists of frame, middle frame, and rear upper cover, three firm and torsion-box welded structures, which connect to each other via high-strength bolts. In order to replace the wearing part safely and reliably, the hinged frame cover can be opened with hydraulic device. It is recommended that user may set the lifting unit above the frame so that the frame cover will be opened safely to replace or inspect the wearing part. There is inspecting gate at both sides of the frame.
c．Impact racks
In this machine there are two impact racks ---front impact rack and back impact rack. Each impact rack supports the frame of the crusher separately. The impact rack stays in its normal work position when the crusher is working. If there is any foreign substance entering the crushing chamber, the impact rack will be lifted up and then return to the original position after the foreign substance is removed. The clearance between the impact rack and the rotor can be adjusted via the suspension bolt. The impact lining board can be changed to position with smaller wear from the position with larger wear.
d．Drive Unit
High-performance narrow SPC V belt is utilized as the drive unit. The pulley matching the main shaft is connected with elasticity sleeve for simple assembly and disassembly. The rate of rotor can be adjusted through replacing the grooved pulley.
e. Ratchet cover-open gearing
There are two ratchet cover-open set in the both sides of the main frame. It is consisted of high strength left and right helical screw and ratchet turning device. It is easy to open and close for inspection of machine.
